i am paying 1500 includes CH, reception, dj and mc, baby and guestphoto motage 150 - 200 picture of our guest displayed and given to us on a DVD and cd of our songs 12 lights and a smoke machine if i want one

i am paying 1100 and it includes a dj and mc for the reception the cocktail hour and the ceremony. also has a small light show and 150 giveaways.
