We only met with two, but I asked around alot about price and stuff. We knew when we got to FM that the price was right and they were for us
only met with one.. set up an appt based on reviews on here.... went to his showcase, we liked it, and the price was fantastic so we booked on the spot.
We met with three and booked the first one...Since my parents are paying I wanted to show them that we did enough research
We saw 1 and made an appt to meet with them and booked them right on the spot (DanceJock). They came highly recommended to us, plus MOH used to dance for them, her brother was a DJ for them, and her Mom worked in their office! So, we didn't really want to look at any other dj's, and we loved what they had to say in the appt and they gave us a decent deal - so we booked right then and there!

I am meeting with 3 DJ's next week: Li Sound, Unlimited Entertainment (house DJ), and Body Rock. I already know I am going to probably book Unlimited Entertainment because of their price, reputation, and because they are a house DJ.
Did you know that your house DJ's/ Photographers/ Videographers, etc you do not have to pay for a meal? If they are not the house recommendations you have to pay for their meals!!!Well at least at Chateau La Mer you do...

we saw a few at showcases. we werent directly hunting for a DJ at the time, we just fell into their laps i guess you could say. we put the deposit on a credit card to get points to use towards honeymoon airfare!![]()

Did you know that your house DJ's/ Photographers/ Videographers, etc you do not have to pay for a meal? If they are not the house recommendations you have to pay for their meals!!!Well at least at Chateau La Mer you do...
Oh good to know! I was actually going to call Chateau La Mer to ask who our house dj was. So you heard good things about Unlimited Entertainment? Maybe I should look into them.

The house DJ for Chateau La Mer is a friend of my cousins.... he's AWESOME. I just have this weird thing with paying people I know to do stuff for me, so we didn't book him, but he does all my cousin's affairs and the dancefloor is always packed out.
