Do a lot of your friends have little ones now too?
Are they all going to be around the same age as yours or several years apart?

none of my friends have babes...yet. My one friend is due two weeks after me. so we'll be in this together!

We have lots of friends with kids Luke's age or a little older or younger. He also has alot of cousins within the age range of 1 year - 5 years. He even has a boy cousin one day younger who lives 4 miles away so he's definitely got lots of playmates. It's great! Christmas with DH's family is mayhem but lots of fun because it's all about the kids.
A few of our friends/family members have older kids - my one SIL has 19, 17 & 12 so she loves to watch him (and give him back LOL)
I can count on one hand the friends who dont have kids yet.

Out of my close circle of 4 girlfriends, I was the last to get married and now the last to have kids. The oldest of their kids is 8 and the youngest is 1, so my kids will be much younger than some of my friends kids. I've just started (I want maybe 2 or 3) and they are all done (one friend has 4 kids, the other has 2, the other has 1).
ETA: we are all either 30 or 31 years old.

Claud has her little guy and my close friends have their 9 month old but most of my friends have babies a bit older. I actually feel blessed to have so many moms with experience around me
