Do any of you have bride to be's attending your wedding?

Ok, here goes a little of my insecurity acting up again.

I have two women who are attending my wedding- they are the fiance's of my FH friends.

Both are getting married the middle of next year. One is getting married at a fancy schmancy country club the other in the islands. They are both the high maintenance type of ladies with over the top taste. They both mentioned that they will be taking notes at our wedding. I know I am being silly but I cannot help to think that they will be scrutinizing and to some degree being overly critical about everything.

Do any of you have or had people at your wedding whom you think / though would do this?

I know, I am nuts!!!!!

I have 5 bride-to-bes attending my wedding, 4 of whom will deffinatley be taking notes. Just as I did at the wedding I went after I got engaged. But don't worry yourself about it. They are taking notes - not criticizing. Be confident, they will feed off of your confidence. I am sure that you will have a fabulous wedding.

Your so not nuts, everyone feels that way every once in awhile. There are guests in general who will scope everything out and make comments, you can't let that bother you, just know that you put together a wedding that shows your personal taste and ideas that you should be proud of. I find that sometimes when people put down what you do it's because of their own insecurities. Don't sweat it too much

After having lived through this stage, I'd say - let them take notes...if they come away from your wedding with ideas for their own, so be it.
I've had friends copy several creative ideas from my wedding and song suggestions, etc....and I consider their duplication to be the *highest* form of flattery - they couldn't think of a way to do it any better than I did already!

If anything, they can't steal your ideas. Or they can but you came up with it first. Try to not to worry about little things like that. I bet you will forget about their note taking because you will be having a blast! Don't worry.
