GNC Women's Ultra Mega (??) every day.
I couldn't swallow pills until I was in high school (like junior year or so) and now I do it 'backwards' from what everyone else I've ever seen do ... I put water in my mouth first, head back like I'm gonna gargle, open & drop the pill.

i got a pill crusher and i can take advil size ones or smaller, but i know when i'm pregnant, or when i want to be, those horse pills will get the best of me.

im supposed to take three a day (prescription multi vite, coenzyme q 10, and a b complex) for epstein barr but i dont always take them because the smell makes me want to throw up!!

I think they only make me sick sometimes because I take them maybe too long after I eat, they give me a headache and my stomache but like I said it's only sometimes.
ETA: I think they have Ginseng I don't have the bottle here with me

I used to have a problem taking vitamins, made me soooo nauseous. My Dr said take flintstones, they have all the vitamins you need
My SIL took them throughout her pregnancies, 2 a day

I take Flinstones. They taste yummy, you don't have to swallow (although thats not a prob for me) and they don't make me sick! It says on the bottle that adults can take them... but people still make fun of me.

It tastes like it! But I can't find it listed on the label.. only says 'Natural and Artificial Flavors (Including Fruit Acids)' All other vitamins make me sick to my stomach though.

i have to crush pills. i had pneumonia last fall and the first two days of being on the medicine was awful!!! fh crushed all the pills (i had to take about 4 a day, ugh!) and blended with oatbran and holy ****, that was the nastiest stuff ever...made me split and swallow the best i could. oh my.

Yep! A multivitamin, vitamin C (that's chewable), and get this. . . . I've recently begun taking a fish oil pill to help with my cholesterol.
