Do any of you take vitamins?

I occasionally take them - we bought a bottle of Jimmy Neutron casue they were on sale so I try to take them whenever I think of it. I'm so glad the Dr. said those type (I do happen to like flintstone a little better, but these were cheaper) are good to take too.

I'm suprised to hear so many people say they can't swallow pills - I can do it now, but I was still taking baby asprin till I was probably in HS cause I just couldn't swallow anything else. My mom used to get so irritated at me cause if I tried to take an regular asprin, it would start to melt before I got it down and ten I'd have to spit it out!

I take Womens One A Day, Vitamin E and Vitamin C everyday. Sometimes when you start taking a multi-vitamin you feel sick, try taking it after a meal or at night. Makes a big difference

There is a trick for taking BIG pills.t sn' It doesn't sound like it would work but it does!!

My cousin told me to fill my mouth with water FIRST then put the pill in and swallow. I didn't believe it but it worked!!!
