Just wondering - I once had a backpack monogrammed and felt weird about wearing it (so I didn't) LOL

I prefer monograms or initials. I think I'd only be weirded out if it had my full name on it, throw-back to when I was in 1st grade or something.

I was thinking about getting them for my girls also, I would use them as an overnight back or bag to bring to the gym

I feel the same way. I wouldn't want to have my initials out there for all to see.

my girls did....they all used them the day of the wedding to carry around the extra stuff and kept them in the bridal suite. i think it's a nice touch and something they can use again

I think a monogrammed tote or duffel bag from ll bean or landsend is great, but I would not want my first name on it. I am not a big fan of some of the other monogrammed bags out there. JMHO

i bought my own from j crew- the montauk tote.
i had my new initials put on it.
i use it all the time in the summer.
if the girls are into name brands- the j crew one will fit just about anyones taste
