Do Credit Unions do 80/15/5 loans?

Does anyone know? We are interested in one since we may fall just shy of 20%. If we don't see anything for a few months that we like we may be ok, but we are also hesitant to totally wipe ourselves out and thought this might be a good option. We are going to use my credit union but I am not sure if they do these kinds of loans.

I dont know off hand, you should call which ever credit union you would be getting the loan from and find out, or check out their web sites.

I dont know for sure but I dont think so. I know with our Credit Union, no one even suggested that, they simply said you have to put at least X down or there will be PMI.
