I've had some call me, some send letters, but I'd stay on top of it if I were you and just be proactive and call. JMO, that's what I'm doing!

They usually contact you...but you still have some time before you should start hearing from them.

its been both with me..but f u know the date when u want to come in i would just call and make the appt

Florist we have to call...but my dj and rh told me that they will be sending a letter in the mail when it's time to set up the appointment (and I guess god forbid i call prior to that LOL).

P.S. we should totally try to coordinate our final florist appointments for the same day lol. And then that way we can both threaten on pain of death if our flowers get mixed up day of!

the florist, photographer, band and hall all contacted me... I have been contacting my officiants though. I would wait to the end of October since I started getting calls and letters in September for my early November wedding....
