Its funny that you posted this question. i have been thinking about this for a while now. I was thinking about getting them something since they are participating and they will attend the rehearsal dinner.

We got our readers a photo album with frame from Things Remembered.

We got the female readers coach make-up bags and the male readers kenneth cole travel toiletry bags.

one of our readers is my best friend who is also in the wedding, so she'll be getting her BM gift.... her mom ( who is like my second mom) is doing another reading, so i'll probably get her something little like a picture frame or a GC to her favorite store....

I've read at several weddings--at some I got a gift, at some I did not. I was always invited to the rehearsal dinner.

Something would probably be nice, but I know I never expected a gift to do this.

Hi,

I didnt think about getting gifts either but now I am married and I have the pics back I am going to give them a frame with the pic inside of them doing the reading.....

I don't think I am going to do gifts for the readers either. I will (which is probably the norm) be getting them a coursage to wear, as well as the people that bring the gifts (catholic wedding)

We invited our readers to our rehearsal dinner, got them each $50 gift certificates to restaurants and got them a coursage to wear the day of the wedding.

We also got little gifts for the people who brought up the gifts at our wedding and invited them to the rehearsal dinner too.

I bought my 2 readers (they are cousins)picture frames with my names, my sisters name, and their names engraved.

Our readers were our aunts. We brought them a frame and then at the wedding took a picture with them and gave it to them to put in the frame.

I got my readers Tiffany's Key Chains but they were very close friends who would have been in the bridal party if we were having a larger one.

we got them all corsages for at the wedding - the rest of the gifts were stolen from the hall

Our readers are just getting a nice bottle of wine and a bookmark (since they're READERS ).

Oh, I also forgot to mention that we're getting them flowers for the ceremony.
