Do I have to...
have people throw something at me and FH after ceremony?

Its whatever you want really. If you're having the ceremony at a church, a lot of churches don't allow certain things to be thrown..You can have people blow bubbles if you'd rather not get things in your hair or have people slip.
Not if you don't want to....my church won't allow us to throw anything - no bird seed, rice or rose petals...we can only blow bubbles...I'd rather not do anything if I can't have the rose petals...
No, we aren't having anything thrown, no bubbles, etc. It is whatever you want or what is allowed by your church/ceremony location.
no way. not if you don't want to.
We are doing bells because we are not allowed to throw anything, and I don't want to risk having bubble rings on my dress.
We're not having an official send off because being that it's in December and Lord only knows what the temps will be like, we're just going to say at the end of the program that there won't be an official send off and that they are welcome to go to the Harrison House to relax before the cocktail hour at 6:30pm.
I'm not having a church, I'm getting married at my hall. they set it up like a chapel. Since it's inside, there's no travelling, so no reason to go outside. I plan on giving everyone snowflake confetti or fake snow to throw as we go back down the aisle at the end of the ceremony. Then the staff will sweep it up and it will become the dance floor. But there is no rule that says you HAVE to have stuff thrown at you. ~~Kim
nope...nothing being thrown at us. we're getting married at our hall...and wouldn't want to have anything thrown since we're just going from downstairs to upstairs for pics, while our guests enjoy a CH
We're doing dove releases so I don't want anyone throwing anything at us. But it is your decision
No not if you dont want them 2
No, we're not doing anything at all. Church doesn't allow rice, birdseed or petals. I don't want to do bubbles.
NO! You can do whatever makes you and FH happy
FYI, this is an old post. She already got married and just bumped the post for an update of how her ceremony went.
