Do I have to 'offend' everyone in my famiy?

No matter what I do, no one is happy! My aunt is a hair dresser and I know that the morning of my wedding she will have about 10 people wanting their hair done (and the wedding is at 1030 am). So, I just assumed it would be too much to ask her to do it, so I asked FSIL. But then I thought that I wanted to spend the money to get it done professional, afterall - you only get married once. FSIL doesn't care... BUT now im getting slack that my aunt is going to be 'offende' (i hate that word now).

Ugh ... so what do I do. I cant just call ehr up and say 'hey, this isnt why you are doing my hair' because I never talk to her. and my parents are so stupid.

I am on the verge of a breakdown, this is ridiculous - EVERYTHING is a problem with my family!!

Aw. You can't please everyone, no matter what you do.

You should just say that you want to get your hair done at a salon because you want some alone time before the wedding day. If your aunt has 10 people to do that day I don't think she can spend the amount of quality time on you that's needed for the bride.

Yeah. See it is great when you have people in your family or FI's family that can help out with things. But then you end up getting pressured from everyone to chose them to do those things as a wedding gift or something. Then if you already have plans everyone gets upset, or at least it feels that way and you start to feel guilty.

I've been told time and time again....YOU CAN'T MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY! You might die trying! Try not to stress!
