Do I need a limo if my ceremony and reception are at the same site?
Hi!! I was wondering.... I am renting a hotel room and I will stay the night with my Maid of Honor (my sister) and then all the girls will get dressed and leave from my hotel room. I haven't picked a hotel yet but how do those types of situations work? Do limo places rent for less than 3hours? And if I don't use a limo... what do I use?? I am just wondering what other people are doin who are having a ceremony and reception at the same site...

Are you stopping anywhere to take pics 'cause if not I'm pretty sure you can do pick up and drop off...and in all honesty, depending on the size of your bridal party and the size of your dress how close then hotel is, I'm not really sure that one is necessary...
I was in a BP where we all got ready at the hotel, the RH was like 5 minutes away if that and the MOH drove the ladies (in a town car so it was still a good ride for the bride who also happened to be wearing a sheath dress which was probably an integral part of this plan) and the men piled into someone's SUV, we stopped for pics on the way and then went to the RH, and it was actually kind of fun

I got married at my RH and we got a pick up/drop off limo. I didn't want me and my BMs to get into regular cars with our dresses, esp with my train. I know most places have the 3 hour minimum but you can ask about the pick up/drop off. We used Wedding World and they also came back at the end of the night to take DH and me to our hotel.

I am getting Limo's because we are taking pictures before the ceremony
I also want to take pictures with my FH with an old fashioned car, so we are getting one of those for the 2 of us.
If you are not planning on taking pictures before, I would not bother

We didn't for that reason - I drove myself over to the RH in the AM - someone did get us a limo as a gift for after the wedding though - I mean, after everything, and drove us all over the place and dropped our friends off, which was fun!!!
