Do I need the organ?

I am getting married in a church and we are having a full mass. I hired ceremony musicians, a flute, cello, violin and viola. Do I still need the organist? I don't want the organ to play during the processional or recessional, but do I need it for the mass? I can probably just ask the ceremony musicians what they think, but I thought I'd start with you guys first.

I'm also having a mass and hired a string trio. My church told me that we must still have the organist because she knows the weekly psalms for the mass.
