i'm going to a wedding on saturday. the church is at 2 and reception is at 6. can i wear the same dress to both?
i'm planning to wear a short chiffon a line dress.

No need to change in between, although you could if you wanted to. Every time that I've been to a ceremony in the afternoon and reception at night, I'd say about 1/4 of the people change, but most don't.

You don't have to change. I usually do if there's a long gap in between just because if it's close enough, DH and I like to go home, relax, and then get all fancied up. But not everyone does

you def can waer the same thing if you want.
usually FH and i will dress down for church if theres a gap and we have the time to shower and get ready in between. if we dont, we wear what we would be wearing to the reception to the ceremony.

i usually dont but if you dont think you will have enough time then wear the same to both.
