Do I or Don't I...

Tip the catering manager???
Is it customary to tip? I'm mean she's been helpful with any questions I've had, but I don't know if it's standard to tip?

Catering manager? Like the person you meet and choose the menu you with? We didn't.

Our RH said we have to tip our banquet manager $3-5 pp and the bridal attendant $75 for the night.

All other tips such as our dj, photographer, limos, etc are up to us, which we will..

That $3-5pp should be for the maitre'd, not the banquet manager.
