thanks so much for the info!!! i went to office depot last week looking for ideas, etc and all they had was one packaged "kit" for 50 invites, response cards, etc. but you couldn't open the kit to see the quality of the paper. i will definitely check this store out!!!! -leighann

Yes, they have paper selections out so that you can view and feel the sheet. You can buy by the sheet or by the reem (or case). In fact, they had four different weights of vellum...wouldn't be able to tell the difference without holding up a single sheet to the light :-)
