I am debating whether or not to have a wishbowl. I have neard that many people don't fill them out??

I had a wishbowl and a sign in photo mat. No one signed the wishbowl. Whatever you decide to do make sure the dj/band makes an announcement about it reminiding people to sign it.

Very few people did the wishbowl cards and it was right with the votive placecards and there was a sign for it. Oh well.... my mom has plenty of note cards now

YES! Definitely!! I had a good reszponse from the wishbowl but a lot of people told me later they didn't know about it or they didn't see it. If I had told the DJ to make an annoucement, I'm sure I would have gotten more.

I wish I had my DJ make an announcement about the fishbowl. Not too many people wrote them out

I made a wishbowl for my SIL's shower. I think it was MUCH better having it at her shower then the wedding. Honestly mostly the women fill those things out anyway plus since it was a smaller crowd it was easier to make sure everyone did it.
