i just tried to get my std's hand cancelled. the people there were extremely rude and then told me that no PO in the entire state of NY allows hand cancelling. Oh really? interesting since half the people I know have gotten this done.
i am so angry :(

I was thinking of heading there tomorrow. did you have to go at a certain time? i know they are less helpful when super busy. did you do it, or did they?
