COMMACK WEDDING CENTER!!!!!!!!! Im sorry if people feel different and love it there but let me tell you I'm not happy with them and never really was. I went there to save my BM money on there dresses because yes they have the cheapest prices but there service *****!!!!! They are rude nasty very unhappy people. I should of known from day one when we went to get my girls fitted. After I knew how nasty they were it was to late because I already placed an order with them for the dresses and my girls would of lost out on 98$ and i didnt want that to happen to them. well today i called to make a fitting appointment for my mother FMIL and my 7 bridesmaids. well 1st off the woman answered nasty. I said hello can you please connect me to someone who can set up an appointment for me for my mom fmil and BM and shes said nasty yeah i guess i can help you. so i was very nice to her told her my name and wedding date and set up an appointment for this sat for my mom and fmil with her telling me to hold on 6 times(i counted) she would say oh my god hold on! with a nasty voice. then i told her i need wed at 7 for 4 of my girls, i gave her 1st last names and phone #'s then she started getting really pissed off out of no where and then she gos well wait who is this?? i told her my name again and shes like ohhh noo noo i cant do this. i said what? then she said i cant make these appointments for ur BM cause you arent them and i told her you just set up an appointment for my mom and fmil with no problem whats the problem now? and shs like yes but its different and i told her im not understanding, then she gos your not heather, vicky ashley ect(those are my BM names) and i said yes and i wasnt Barbara or Donna and you set up an appointment for them. then she god oooooooo god your going to have to call back another time and i asked her why? and shes like i dont have time for this crap and i said excuse me!? is that how you speak to your customers?! and shes like listen your going to need to call back ANOTHER TIME! her vocie got so loud and she is talking to someone eles when she says you believe this girl she wont hang up. i told her i want to speak to a manager and shes like call back another time and hung up!!!!!!!1 i was so red in the face i called back and the phone was busy! that b*tch i think made a phone call so i couldnt get threw well i finally got threw and spoke with the manager and he didnt believe me!!! you know why because its a family owned business and of course they are going to stick up for each other. well im here posting this to tell you to stay away even if your trying to save money! and to ask any of you what can i do to make a complaint? im so pissed and so mad that manager didnt believe! sorry for the long vent!!!

EDIT:::: for some miss spelling i was so pissed i wrote so fast lol and to say that this wasnt my 1st time dealing with this crap from them i have other stories to but this one takes the top 10 of my times there!!!

I will just never understand how people can be so downright, unexplicably mean!

The things I have heard about them, it almost seems like they are having a contest to see who can be the most mean! You know like that show that used to be on, I think it was called Boiling Point or something like that where they see how long you can tolerate that behavior before exploding? I wouldn't last 60 seconds!

my mom went there looking for her MOB dress and she was already stressed because she wasn't finding things she liked and the lady was sooooooo rude to her that my mom left and cried!!!!!

I'd love if LIW had the power to put them out of business. Weddings are such a huge industry on LI and no one has the right to treat people that way.

Wow, that is so ridiculous! How can she have the nerve to treat a customer that way?!? Now I'm nervous because I ordered my gown from them and it's not in yet (due in by the end of the month) and I scared to call!
I did order my invites from them, and I have to say that the two women who helped me in that dept. were very nice and helpful.

I second all of that....

I went there and the b$tch had the nerve to snap my bra and make some comment about how my boobs are in the wrong spot. She also brought me every dress I hate. I kept saying 'that's not me at all' and she had the nerve to say 'How in the hell do you know what is you? Have you ever been a bride before?'

I HATE THAT PLACE!

Ugh that's disgusting... How are they still in business??

UGH I think that is the place where this really tacky guy .. who could be the owner.. was bothering my mom at a wedding expo telling her about how great his business is and that if I wanted to I could rent his grandchildren as a ring bearer and a flower girl.. who pimps out their grandchildren? My mom the nice person she is could not get away from this guy..The owner is insane also !

They think they are awesome because they can get you the lowest prices BLAH BLAH! OH and if I go to one more wedding show and get harassed by the old man owner one more time, I AM GONNA PUNCH HIM IN THE FACE!! I know exactly what you are talking about! That's why I went up the road to Wedding World and I am in love with my steamstress lady Liz, her and her daughter Ashley work there together and I love them! Sorry that happened to you. If I was you I would have been down there FREAKIN out!!

I don't like it there either, I've had bad experiences with their customer service and vowed never to do business with them.

Seriously, take your BM dresses and your mom and FMIL's dresses and get out of there!!!!!!!! Not only does their customer service stink but I've heard horror stories about their alterations.

Take the dresses somewhere else to be altered. There's NO rule saying that you have to have the dresses altered there just bc you bought them there. Show them that their behavior is NOT acceptable!!!!

I'm sorry, this is supposed to be an enjoyable time!!
