I ordered something WEEKS ago, they claim they shipped it two weeks ago but I still have not gotten it. Then I google their name, and all these horrible customer reviews come up. So clearly they are not a good company. I call and you cannot get anyone on the phone, its seriously the worst company I've dealt with during this wedding planning.
Just a fyi girls.
Update: Called my credit card and put in a claim, filed with the BBB....their rating is an F!!!! They have over 100 complaints against them!

That s*cks. And I think they were one of the sites I listed as having the best price for my favors. Too bad.

i had a similar problem with something i ordered over the internet. the only way i got my $$ was to lodge a complaint with my credit card company. the credit card company gave me the $$ back within a week
