did they send you a proof first? cause if they did and the your FH name was spelt right on that and then they messed it up i can see why they wont redo them ...

Oh my goodness, sorry for the hassle that you may be going through. Besides the spelling error, how's the quality of their work. Maybe if you keep pressuring them they may be able to do them over, even if they are not willing to do it for free, maybe they can do it for a small charge. So Sorry.

Re: DO NOT USE INVITATION CONSULTANTS!!!
I used them for my STDs, and when I checked the proof (emailed to me) they spelled July wrong --they spelled it JUKY! Anyway, I just wrote them a quick note to change the spelling and they arrived in beautiful condition. I'm so sorry to hear that they won't fix them for you! I hope it all works out.

If they sent you a defective product, I would think that they would have to send you new ones. This is not acceptable!
Good luck!

Re: DO NOT USE INVITATION CONSULTANTS!!!
if it was right on the proof and they messed up the invitation, dont they HAVE to fix them then?? This really stinks for you...sorry your dealing with this.
