Do people really eat cake a year later?

How is that possible? Do they store it in a special way? It goes in the fridge?

We ate our cake a little over a year later and it was actually pretty good. My reception hall took every little decoration off of it and wrapped it tightly with plastic wrap and put it in a large tupperware type container. I think the key is making sure it is wrapped tightly right to the frosting, otherwise freezer burn will get to it.

I like the cutting it into pieces idea. We might just end up eating it the next day.

We froze our and ate it on our 1 month anniversary it was fine. I was saran wrapped like crazy but there was no way I was eating after a year.

I wouldn't eat it after a year. Maybe a month, but that's about it.

We ate it and it was actually pretty good... We took all of the flowers off of it and wrapped it in saran wrap and then put it in a tupperware container and then wrapped the tupperware in saran wrap too
