My Ring Bears (heheh that's what I call them) will be around 3 and 2. Will they have to wear bouts? I'm thinking it may poke the kids ..Need opinions.

My nephew will be my ring bearer and he will be 2 (+1.5 months) by the time of the wedding. I hadn't thought about it before, but know that you got me thinking, I don't think I will get him one because he may get hurt by it. Then again, I haven't yet spoken with my florist about it...he may have another idea about what to do.

I have three RB's...and we are getting bouts for them. Only thing is because the youngest RB will just be 2 and the other 2 will be 3 and 5, we may do fake flowers if we can find nice ones that match so they don't get destroyed in 2 minutes and they wont be as heavy.

The florist I met with on Saturday said he would do magnetic backs on our ring bearers because they are both under 4 years old (they will both be 2 years, 9 months at the wedding).
See if this is a choice with your florist.

my floral meeting is next tuesday - i'll ask and let you know what she says......she is the type of person who'd say honestly....no...or yes - normally - they do...

My RB will be 3 and a half. They said they give me a straight pin, but to bring a safety pin for him b/c he is little..they like to play with things.
His is a little sprig of green hydrangea to match FHs hot pink rose w/ green hydrangea boot.

Mine will be 2 1/2 when I get married and he is wearing one....a single white rose. Never thought about the straight pin issue though, hmmmm.....

I was curious too....but if you are worried about sticking them with pins my florist said you can put them on with magnets if you want...ask yours:)
