Quick question, the person you deal with at your wedding hall, meaning the sales rep i guess you call them. The one you booked your place with, deal with etc. Do we get them a gift? Give a thank you card with flowers? Not sure.. Thanks

I plan on sending her a thank you card. Recommendations are beneficial to them than flowers, etc

I sent a thank you card and mentioned my banquet manager's name in every review I posted online (here, wedding wire, venue's fb page, etc.). I agree with Nella, the recommendation is more beneficial than flowers or a gift. More $$ in their pockets.

My dad tipped the following morning when he went back to pick up more of our stuff. She really was amazing the entire process and earned it. She even agreed to come in on a Sunday morning to meet him so we didn't have to take stuff back to the hotel after the party! I also sent a thank you and give glowing recommendations whenever possible.
