I thought b/c we started dating and he was trying to be formal or whatever and just never changed it

now he shows me his phone and I am under
Regina R__ (<--my new last name)

lol my FH signs his full name on every card..even my valentine's day ones. maybe he's afraid I wont know which Anthony it's from?

DH does the same thing. I thought it was weird at first, but now I think it’s adorable.

My phone has first & last names too because it syncs with outlook. However, I have DH listed as 'Husband.' I figured in case of an emergency (car accident or loosing my phone) Someone would know who to call.
