Do you eat a lot of junk food?

chips
cookies
peanuts
popcorn
pretzels
chocolate???

i def. go in spurts sometimes i feign for salt and grease and other times i want nothing of the sort..

I NEVER used to except Lays Potato Chips. I've never been a chocolate/candy/ice cream/cake person.

Until recently or the last few years of being with DH. He's a chocoholic ... bad, bad influence ...

anything salty is my downfall.... I can easily stop eating chocolate and other sweets, but give me a bag of cool ranch doritos and it's all downhill....

ice cream is my downfall....but we always keep some form of junk food in the house but it could sit here for a month or more till one of us is in the mood for it. that's good , right???

I eat junkfood alll day!!! I try to control myself lately because of my stomach problems but it is so hard!

AHHHH to be in my early 20's again and weigh 100lbs eating bagels with cheese & bacon every morning

I'm definitely more of a salty, greasy food person than a chocolate/cake/ice cream person, but I try not to snack too much over all.

That is me exactly and I am trying to change that!!! I have put on a bit of weight in the past few years but, most importantly, my diet is so unhealthy!!!

This is me in a nutshell. I could care less about a meal and would rather just snack all day long. Not always JUNK, but just snacks all the time..!

I go thru phases, and lately its been a really BAD phase . I can go months without the junk, but it seems that once I start eating it again, I cannot stop!

Worst of all I think I put ALMOST ALL of the weight I lost b/f the wedding and haven't been working out... I am so disgusted at myself

I'm the exact opposite. I'd rather over-indulge at a wonderful meal than have any snacks...

OH this is totally me...... I would rather have junk all day long.

I could easily eat cookies or candy or cake or ice cream for breakfast, lunch or dinner rather than a 'real' meal.

Part of the reason I'm heavier now than I've ever been :(

I vowed to start today (& did well)...no more fast food (only Subway) & much much less junk food.

I'm a sugar fiend.
