Do you ever...

see the photos of Fall and Winter weddings and wonder if you should've had one of those instead of a May one?

Don't get me wrong, I definitely wanted to have a late spring-early summer wedding and LOVE the colors I'm using and what not, but some of the photos of Fall and Winter weddings are really pretty!

I originally wanted Fall 2005 but FH said it wasn't enough time to plan an Fall 2006 was out of the question! So to answer your question yes, I wish I was having a fall wedding!

I know what you mean. I see a lot of ideas that I love, especially fall and winter themed weddings - but in the end I love my late May wedding.

Exactly...i LOVE the idea of a May wedding, it's the perfect time for pastel-y colors, but sometimes the browns and oranges of fall look good too..and of course, a winter wonderland wedding looks gorgeous!

I guess my love for Fall enticed me to pick merlot color dress for my BM's.

I originally wanted a Fall wedding, but fall 05 was too soon and fall 06 was too late. If I did fall, I would of done a wine theme. My second choice was Spring, so here we are with May!!

we actually always wanted a spring wedding. so we waited for it. spring of 05 would have been too soon for us so we waited for 06.

ideally we wanted late winter, but snow scared us away. We didn't want to be snowed out.

So May it is. And we are happy it wound up the way it did.
