Do you ever feel like you are a being a pest with your vendors?

I have e-mailed a very popular vendor 3 times to ask questions (that I booked) and nothing!

I e-mailed then because I was told that is the best way to contact them.

I am mad now. Do you ever feel like you are bothering them too much? I think I am very fair and patient, but I feel like I am spending so much money and no service.

I don't want to say the vendor's name, but they are very popular on these boards. I am just really shocked.

OMG all the time! I email my vendors a decent amount to check in, ask questions, change things, etc. i ALWAYS feel like I'm bothering them. But then again, you're paying them alot of money....it comes with the job

So I am not crazy! I have every right too. I just know how it feels to work in the service industry and I feel bad.

My FI said that I have to get that out of my head. I know he's right but I can't help it.

i think answering questions and addressing concerns along the way is part of their service that you are paying the big bucks for! you have every right to contact them and they should respond to you in a timely manner. if email isn't working, give them a call! maybe they are having a techinical problem (unlikely,but maybe).

Oh I hear ya. I really don't want to be annoying. I have had minimal contact with my vendors because I know they get harassed by brides all the time with tons of questions. I wait until I have a pretty full list of questons before I contact them.

I feel that way about my church. But there's all different people to contact about the ceremony/foccus/pre cana, so I'm constantly bugging the receptionist.

Oh well....she'll have to deal

i feel that way about the BM at our RH - he's been really responsive but I feel like we're driving him insane. luckily he's very patient!

I had one vendor who was 'not an e-mail person.'

I agree. After 3 emails it's time for a phone call! Good luck, you are paying them a lot of money and they should be able to email you back.
