Stacey,

I am sooo sorry that you are upset.

Please feel free to FM if you want to talk. Seriously I was going through the same thing just these past 2 weeks with them!

Re: Do you ever go above and beyond.....

I haven't had that issue with my friends (so far) but my cousin, who is supposed to do a reading, has informed our grandmother that she 'doesn't think' she will be attending our wedding. MInd you, my cousin, with whom I have always had a strained relationship, has not bothered to tell me this herself - yet, anyway. She's pi$$ed that 1) we're not having children at our wedding and 2) that I didn't ask her daughters to be flowergirls.

So it's all about her, as usual. So I suppose this will be the end of our relationship. I canr elate. Stacy...cut them out.

Absolutely! I realized a lot about friends when I got married. I had a friend who was not really excited, I think it's because she was upset it wasn't happening for her. Now that it is happening to her, I am still going above and beyond but I hear her complain about some of our other friends who aren't that interested....Hmmm now she knows how it feels.

I'm sorry sweetie... don't take it to heart. People aren't as nice as you are!

i'm sorry you are going through this-this is why I am sticking to my family only rule--I have been STRUGGLING with this a lot--I wanted one friend in my wedding but I can't becuase I know for a fact the other ones won't come because they weren't asked to be in it but one other friend was-so I decided to stick to my only family rule-this way no one gets insulted! Meanwhile, before I was engaged everthing was just dandy! LOL
