...trashing a vendor who you happen to know personally? I read something today that really made me sad. I would never call anyone out on something like that, even over FM, because everyone has a right to their opinion. It just kind of hurt me.

it happens. you can't please everyone....just have to remind yourself of that. espeically when dealing with brides...i mean lets be honest, there are some of us on here and out there that are a little more 'difficult' than others...so in the bridal business....you will have some raves and rants even about ppl that you are close with. don't let it get to you---its part of the business!

You shouldnt take it personally though! Its unfortunate that someone had a bad experience with a vendor and knowing them would no doubt put you in an uncomfortable position but im sure it happens all the time. And with brides being a little overly sensative to things being PERFECT. (not all of us but some)...there are bound to be a few negative words said. Hopefully it doenst happen too often... (was it a REALLY bad review?)
