Do you ever take your E-ring off?

Just wondering what the consensus on this was. I know it is personal but I was curious just the same

nope.....I used to take it off when I first got engaged in the shower and when I went to slepp, but now I keep it on always!

I take it off at night and to shower. I tried sleeping with it but I guess my hands swell at night and it was uncomforable. I'm worried that I might do something bad if I shower with it on.

only take it off to clean it - otherwise u have to chop my finger off to get it!

i never took it off un till this past tuesday, my hands where swollen and it was bothering me, then the next day at my job (i work with kids now) a child jumped out of my hands and my wedding band caught him and left a little mark , if i would have had on my e- ring it would have cut him! i though i would never take it off! so untill school is over i will only wear it on the weekends and special days!

Okay I am glad to see that I am not the only one whose hands swell at night - so I take it off. I also take it off to shower.

I take mine off at night and in the shower. Although I'm without mine now, its getting resized and appraised.

I take it off when I get home, shower and sleep. It drives me nuts to have it on all the time, and I don't want it to get dirty.

i also use to take it off when i first got engaged when i went in the shower and also to sleep but now i keep it on all the time with my wedding ring thats why its so dirty and needs to be cleaned lol

Mine is a little big (I'm going to wait until the summer to get it resized), so I take it off to go to sleep. I put my plain ring top of it when I am in the shower.

I pretty much only wear my rings when I am out of the house ...

I would like to wear it 24/7. I do wear it in shower, but at night my hands swell and I get bad allergic kind of rashes, so I wake up in the middle of the night with it really hurting and I either can't get it off, or a itear it off in my sleep and have to go fishing for it under the bed. I have to start getting into a habit of taking it off BEFORE I go to bed.

Yes, I take it off when I shower, when I eat, and when I go to sleep at night.

I take it off before I go to bed... A couple of days after we got engaged Dave found my ring in his boxers when he woke up!!! I wonder how it got there!!

I take it off when I shower, sleep, cook, wash the dishes and do laundry. I'm basically paranoid of breaking it, but I wear it out everywhere and around the house otherwise.

I take it off when I shower and when I go to sleep. If I know I'm going to be lifting weights at the gym, I'll take it off too... but it's been awhile since I've made it to the gym.

I take it off when I shower because it comes very loose on my finger. Once in a while I take it off to sleep but most of the time it's glued to my finger!

I only take off my e-ring when I shower. Otherwise it never ever leaves my finger. I couldn't imagen loosing it.
