Do you ever take your E-ring off?

Just wondering what the consensus on this was. I know it is personal but I was curious just the same

I take mine off to shower & when I put cream on my hands....Otherwise, it is always on!

I take it off when I shower and wash the dishes (it tends to slide around with lots of water). The only other time is if I'm doing heavy duty cleaning or making something gross like meatloaf.

Thank you for saying that because me too! I know I should wear it all the time but I am completely not used to wearing rings so sometimes I even forget to put it on when I leave the house. My FH laughs because he says that I waited so long for it and now I don't even wear it

to shower to sleep and to workout or do anything else with my hands (dishes) that may harm it.

My FH is anal about it, he wants me to keep it looking good. He is sooooo cute and so proud of my ring, he loves me to show it off and wants it to look new forever.

Never! At first I was so scared to wear it in the shower or to sleep, but now, its a part of me :) I also thought i was going to break it, b/c I am pretty rough w/my hands, but this baby is tough!

It comes off when I get home from work and it soaks in cleaner overnight.

I take it off for the shower and don't put it back on until I'm leaving the house. I don't want to get moisturizer, hair products, etc on it. I take it off when I'm cleaning anything too.

We've almost been engaged for a year and yesterday I completely forgot to put on my ring before leaving the house. I was sure my cats were going to find it and play hockey with it all day. But, it was fine

I wear mine everyday, with my wedding band, even to the gym. I only take it off to shower, swim, sleep, and wash the dishes!

Okay I am glad to see that I am not the only one whose hands swell at night - so I take it off. I also take it off to shower.

Me too! I also take it off when i'm doing dishes or cleaning up in the house.

I take it off when I'm cooking something that involves a lot of messiness, and before I go to bed. I usually put it on after I shower in the morning (we have no cover on our drain and I am always paranoid that when I'm soapy it will fall off).

I only take mine off before I goto bed or in the shower, My FI hates that I do, he says that it gives him an opportunity to take it back! LOL. But he feels better now that my aunt bought me a waterford ring holder, because before I was just putting in on my dresser!
