we try, but it's difficult. I usually can't get to bed until midnight whereas he tries to turn in closer to 11. Usually he ends up staying awake, though, until I crawl into bed. Sometimes when I have really late nights studying or whatnot, he goes up w/o me, but he usually stirs when I get into bed and wakes up enough to turn and put his arms around me, so at least I don't feel TOO bad we didn't get to go to bed at the same time.
Funny thing is...I'm usually in bed after him, but I also wake up before him...and usually in a better mood. A Morning Person he ain't!

Sometimes. He gets home from work after midnight and with me not working I do stay up and chat on LIW until he comes home.
If he goes out after work (which he very rarely does) I go to bed, but I can never fall asleep. For some reason I cant fall asleep if he is out, but if he's in the apartment just up in another room and I am tired, the minute I hit the pillow I am out like a light.
But if he is home and playing a game on the computer and I am tired I do go to bed and he is usually in not too long after me.

Chippatrid - I cant sleep if FI is not home either. He on the other hand would sleep the whole night away, he would never miss me.

LOL same here. If I wasnt home one night he would be in his glory. He would have the entire bed to himself.

Irish & Chipp....we are exactly like that...I cannot sleep if he is not Home....but if he is playing his games, I can zonk out right in the chair sometimes....I prefer my bed tho...but if we are both home, he will say hes going to watch Tv, in our room and in about 3 mins he is snoring!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But alwyas says goodnightI lvoe you with a goodnight kiss, when I get into bed... But, if I am not home, he cna still sleep..No problem....

We do, almost always unless i am so tired that i go to bed early
It takes me literally 5 seconds to fall asleep...so he will get into bed when I do...and then when I fall asleep...he gets out and stays up until like 3!!

He not even home from work yet when I go to sleep during the week, and on weekends he stays up studying. I don't mind though, because I get control of the remote!
