to block hotel rooms, or can I just do it over the phone?? I don't feel like traveling in the rain to do this (I'm lazy, yes, I know! )

I did it over the phone. They will send you contracts, info and other stuff by mail...don't even have to leave your house!!

Yep, I did it over the phone...they will fax you a confirmation or mail you one to return to them...

You can definately do it over the phone. I only went to places to see what the rooms look like and the condition of them, etc...

I went in person but I could've done it over the phone...they mailed me the contract to sign and mail back. What hotel are you using? It may depend where you go.

we did it over the phone - btu only b/c we knew what the rooms looked like..or trusted the name of the hotel....
