i have no clue at all. She is already paying for the shower so i hope she doesnt go crazy. With the fact that my dad was in the hospital for 3 weeks and had heart surgery, mom mom took over his mortgage payments to help him out and paid alot of his expenses. They've done alot to help me so i hope she wont feel obligated

My mother inlaw throw me my shower this sunday.. I was totally surprised.... she gave me the shower, our bedroom furniture, and whole bedding! she is amazing

My mom paid for most of my shower, and also got me a couple of things off my registry. And a lil' lingerie of course!! ![]()

my mom is paying and organizing the whole shower. including collecting money from closest family and friends and getting me the 'bigger'things off my registry.

My mom is paying for my shower, so that is my gift ! I don't want her to get me anything, she paid for my dress and the shower, she has done enough

My mom is paying for my shower along with my MOH(sil). I know she bought me all of our crystal stemware. Everything else will be a surprise.

Same here. She may give me a small gift in addition - such as pots, etc. - but I don't think she got my sister anything for her shower / wedding 4 years ago (can't remember!) so I am not expecting anything except the shower and wedding which is HUGE!

My mom is paying for my entire shower and, as if that wasnt enough, she also got me my pots and pans. My sister told me where my mom was one night and I went onto my registry to see what was bought. I know....Im horrible.
