Jen, I did it for my last period, I am on BCP now, so I will pay more attention to it when I stop the pill to see what happens, for when we try. Knowing my hubby he will want to try before, during and after.

This gives you the standard 14 day timeframe. I ovulate on day 18. Do not use this as your only guide.

I used this when I went off the pill in Sept.( We used no other protection ) It also helped me get PG the first try
