Do you like the bathroom attendant?

When you go to a wedding do you like the bathroom attendant handing you towels and stuff or would you rather there not be one and you can do your thing without anyone listening?

I am deciding whether or not to have someone in the bathroom. Random question I know

For me, no I do not like it, especially if it's only me and the attendant, I'm weird it's either gotta be totally empty or packed so I don't feel self conscious.

Honestly, I dont like them at all. What if I have to let one rip or I have to drop the kids off at the pool and she's in there? I would feel embarrassed to do so if I know someone is in there. Plus, I always feel like I have to tip them, even when tips for them have all ready been arranged.

Personally, no. I think its akward, plus people might feel obligated to tip them.

i don't like them at ALL!!!! like diva said- what if i have to let one rip?!?! i know they must have see/heard everything, but still.

personally, I don't like having an attendant there. I always feel like they watch you.

I rather not have one around when I go to weddings or any event. I chose not to have them for our wedding. And yes people do feel obligated to tip them - I always do.

I'm not a fan of them usually because I always feel like I have to tip them.

BUT I did go to a wedding a while back in NJ and they didn't have an attendant and I'm guessing no one checked the bathroom - it was a mess all night. Perhaps ask your hall if someone makes sure it's clean & stocked with TP etc all night

I'm not a fan of them. I always feel I have to tip them and if I don't have cash I feel guilty. I don't feel it's necessary

I didn’t see the one in the women’s bathroom but I heard the one in our men’s bathroom was AMAZING! He actually retucked in the guys shirts AND gave them back massages!! At first the guys were like ***?? then they got used to it and couldn’t stop raving about it!

I don't mind a bathroom attendant, even though I hate people listening to me pee! But a lot of reception halls that I've interviewed said they don't have an attendant IN the bathroom for that reason, instead they have staff check to make sure it's clean every once in awhile. I guess people feel like they need to tip that person, so that's part of why they don't offer that in some places.

I honestly don't care either way. I do like to have them sometimes, because some people are pigs in the bathroom and these people insure that it's clean for the next person.

I don't like the attendant. If I had a choice I would not have one.
