Do you mind me asking how much...

you are paying for your invitations?? I am not sure what is the average price.

i did them myself. actually its the ones you buy (i.e. Marth Stewart invitations) and i just had to print them and put some sticker embellishment on them .. . . total for about 120 invitations came out to $110 -- can be less!

hmm.. ok, i've tried to post pics. . . so its in my album! its not the greatest pics -- it looks way better in person.. but it gives you an idea of what you can do to them...

i'm Chinese.. so i basically bought a double happiness character puncher and metallic paper and punched out the character and glued it onto the white strip the invitations provided.. the red envelopes you see attached to the invitations are bakery gift certificates that the bride provides to her family and friends(provided by the groom family)... and then for the RSVP, i bought 3D stickers and put it on just to make it nice and cute.

i didnt want a 'ritzy' sorta invitation - since i was having a summer wedding, i was for more of a cute, summer look . HTH

$1200 for 125 and that includes computer calligraphy on the envelopes

395 for 85 square pocketfolds with 4 inserts, and computer calligraphy for guests, return addresses, and response envelopes.

i think when all is said and done mine will be about 550-600 for 120 invites including computer adressing

Mine were $525 for 120 invites which included addressing both inner and outer envelopes and ribbon embellishments and very heavy paper.

I paid $500 for 90 pocketfolds with ribbon, personalized response cards, and computer, color-printed envelopes, with floral embellishments and monogram on invites.

I paid a total of $410 including everything except stamps! I made 150. DIY pics in my album.

About $900 for 140 custom designed invitations, raised thermography printing-including on the all the return addresses, and response cards, response card envelopes, etc. **This doesn't include hand calligraphy on outer and inner envelopes, which is $1.00 for outer and .25 for inner.

AHHHH I'm picking them up tomorrow, and dropping off the envelopes in SI on Sunday!!! CRAZY!!!!!
