Do you NEED an appt when you register?

Macy's at Walt Whitman doesn't answer their phone...

can we just pop in mid-day, mid-week and get it done?

We actually went to the Macy's at Monmouth Mall in NJ, that's where FH lives (I live in Philly...).....so I'm no help really! but it's the same across all Macy's

You wont probably have a hard time popping in since its the Walt Whitman mall....if It was Macy's on 34th I would say def. make a appointment b/c they are so busy. I made a appointment, but only b/c I registered at Tiffanys in the city.

I went to the Macy's in the Smithhaven Mall last week without an appointment and it was fine. We went around 5pm.
