Do you need to have a table for vendors on your seating chart?
Are the vendors put at table? I know you pay for there meals and stuff so are they supposed to be seated or do they eat as they work? Does anyone know how it works? TIA

Nope the hall handled where the vendors ate...no idea where they even had their meals!

The hall usually takes care of this..I'm not going to put their names on the seating chart

No, the hall handled this for us. Just ask your hall where they sit, ours actually sat in another room and ate.

....and your vendors meals are supposed to be 1/2 price of your per person charge.
