When they are stale, that is when they have already been mushed and discounted by the store, no one wants a unmushable peep, they are of no use to us then. They do themselves out for us, save us the trouble.

re-read my post, I said when they are stale, they are of no value to us, b/c they cannot be trained and they cannot be mushed, they have lost all mushing value then Not even the stores want them anymore.
