FH proposed right after midnight Christmas Eve. My whole family was there so as soon as Midnight struck we all said Merry Christmas, hugged and digged into gifts. As I started to open my gifts I noticed that everyone was really quiet and started to stare at me. Then when I opened my first gift it was a bunch of old CD's from the house. Then i started to sweat in places I dod not want to mention . Then I truned to FH and he knelt down and started speaking. Now for the life of me I canno recall not a single word he said to me because I was crying, laughing, and saying 'are you serious...'
So do any of you ladies remember what FH said during his proposal??

not really.... just like ' I love you and I want to spend the rest of my life with you and this ring is a symbol of my promise to love you forever......'
something like that. I was so shocked that I only remember that.

He didn't really say much, because he handed me the pumpkin filled with the m&m's, so my first thought was ok and started eating them, didn't think anything much else. So then he yelled at me and said did you read them, and that was it

as he knelt down on two knees (i guess he was too excited to remember it's one knee, haha) he said 'i was wondering...if possibly...you marry me and spend the rest of your life with me.'
funny thing is, i don't remember saying yes. i had to ask him five minutes later how i reacted , i was so happy!
