Do you tell your friends when their actions hurt you?

Thought I would throw-out a question of the day. When a friend does or says someething that upsets you are you honest about it or just try to forget about it? How do you handle conflict with friends?

It all depends, I ahve come to the realization that some people have acted the same way since Jr. High, and they are not goign to change, so why bother, I have just learned to accept it, but I try to be open with them.
I just had this situation las tweek, and I mentioned something to a friend, and at first it cause a big fight, but now everthing is better than it wa before, becasue she realized that what she was doing was hurting me.

My feelings show up on my face, so I don't even try to hide it much. I try to let my friends know if they upset me, and I like to have the same treatment in return. Who wants people being mad at them? I get over things much more quickly when I can tell the other person I was upset.
But if someone gets mad at me and doesn't confront me with it but, say, talks about me instead (this happened to me once...never told me why, I had to find out through the grapevine) I'll just let it go and walk away from the person. After all, thats not a true friend to begin with!
