Okay - what if you didnt come close to your dress budget?
AHHH I dont know what to dooo. I LOVE it SOOO much! And I stayed WAY below my dress amount since I got it at a trunk show .. But stilllll $1000 for a headpiece seems soo gratuitous ...

Re: Do you think
I probably wouldn't pay over $100, MAYBE $200 if it was really nice!
I wanna see this thing!
ETA: I still wouldn't do it. If I saved $$ on my dress I'd put it to something else... you could get a photobooth for that price!!

Would you hold onto it or sell it afterward?

It's a lot but if you really really love it and it's in your budget then I think you should go for it.

Id hold onto it and wear it around the house every day until I couldnt look it at anymore so at least I got my moneys worth. HAHA ..
I wasnt even going to wear a headpiece ... I was just going to do a flower. AND THEN I SAW IT..
There's not even any pictures of it! I saw it on Say Yes to the Dress .. I called Kleinfeld immediately and told them her name and made them pull her info to tell me if they still could get it - they said yes! Then she said its $1000 .. I could probably talk them down a little bit Id imagine ..
Its a Maria Elena .. and shes having a trunk show in July in NJ... So I called the store thats hosting the trunk show and she said - Oh yeah, her headpieces range from $600-$1200 ...
So at least I knew that Kleinfeld wasnt completely jacking the price.
UGHHH ..

Re: Do you think
get a picture of it...then go somewhere (maybe barrons?) and get it made for a fraction of the price!
