This helped me. I went today for the first time ever. I didn't use any lotion, but bought some small packet of Hot Australian Gold. No freaking idea whether to use it or not. Can you really burn with it. Is it better to go without any of the lotion at all?

Definitely. My wedding is in 2 weeks and I am going to start tanning this weekend. I would just nice a little tan and a nice glow.

you can def. get tan in that time. but be careful-- I had been tanning in the past but last fall I suddenly got a bad burn at a tanning salon, even going in for a short time. I was still a littie bit itchy on my stomach under my wedding dress from the incident!
