do you think I'm crazy? (favor related with poll)

originally I was thinking about doing cup coasters and a wine bottle stoppers
but.. I feel like its too common..

soo, I make these swarovski crystal cellphone chains as a little hobbie..
do you think it would be crazy if I make a 150 of these? they retail about $10 but if I make them I can do it for 2-3 dollars.. they take about a hour to two each and its alittle hard to make..

so do I take the time and make them? would you like them if you received one? what if you were an older guest would you like it?

If I do decide to make it I would make a pink one for the girls and a blue color for the guys..

sorry I cant find better pictures.. I can only find these two...

They are very nice, perfect for a shower favor. Would you make the guys a blue heart or something different. That is what I would wonder about.

I think it would be a better shower favor than a wedding favor. I don't know many people that have them to be honest and definitely don't know guys that have them.

I think they're really cute for a girl. I don't think a guy would use it though.

that is what i was thinking as well. Plus not all cell phones have the loop to attach those. I had one on my old phone and my new one does have a place to put it on =-(

i make things like that too... and i know from experience how time consuming it can be.
honestly...with all the other stuff to worry about, i know i wouldn't want to be doing them for my own wedding...
it's different when I make stuff for other people, they are paying money for it... but i'd prob keep putting it off or just get overwhelmed.

plus, phone charms are great for girls, but not so much for guys no matter what color you make it.

it's a cute idea, but i don't think it's very practical. JMO

They are VERY cute , but you have so much else to deal with when planning a wedding and having to make 150 or so favors wouldt be putting alot of extra pressure on yourself... so I vote not to do them unless you have an abundance of time

i agree with everyone theyd be great for a shower favor. its cute and unique. def. not for the wedding, it'll take you forever and the guys wouldnt really enjoy it.

i made favors and they also took over an hour each to make...honestly, i did 2 or 3 at a time, every few weeks for the past year and now they are all done.

but i only had to make 70 b/c they are only for the girls. would you consider making them only for the girls, and give a different favor for the men? not to sound mean, but i don't know if most men would use a cell phone charm.

you can totally do it, i think they are really cute and you'll be so proud of yourself when they're all finished...and i think your guests would appreciate them even more when they hear you made them yourself!!

pretty but bad as wedding favors and not worth the time/effort. make them for your BMs instead

they are cute and very thoughtful...but personally i think its not something many guests will use and you're gonna sit there spending so much time making these. Its nice for girls but also remember that the older guests might not use it, and honestly i am a person who doesnt like keychains, doesnt like phone accessories and all that...also although it would be blue for guys, its still a heart and it is crystals so heart and crystals together i dont see alot of guys using it

i do agree for the shower it would be cute or how about making it as a gift for your bp
