Three weeks should give you enough time to get over any breakouts that may result from the facial...but you may want to play it extra safe and go a good month before.

If that happens ,you can go to the dermatologist and get a cortisone shot about 15$ it instantly removes all bumps and little pain

ONLY if you go for facials normally...otherwise I would try something new so close to your wedding.

what i did was went for one about two months prior to see how i reacted and then since everything was ok.. i went again about 3 weeks before. but i would def try it out ahead of time and use the same person for a follow up since they all use different things and techniques on your skin.

Is this something you normally do? If you are going to use products you never used before I would not do it so close to the wedding.

It depends on your sensitivity and which facial you do. I did it (part of bachlorette party) 15 days before the wedding, and I was fine. Just let them know if you have very sensitive skin and go to a reputable place. Better off paying a little more somewhere that offers more options/services.
