Do you think its rude..

when someone asks you how big your ring is? As in 'how many carats is your ring???' I get this question a lot.

i think its very rude....if someone askes me i will point blank say none of your business.....i just hate when people ask questions like that, which are really none of their business & plus im a b---- when it comes to things like that lol
when i was preg. some girl in my mothers neighborhood asked me...oh so is the babys father your boyfriend? i looked at her and said oh is your babys father the guy locked up?? hehe...yeah im a b----
but he really was locked up lol

I made the mistake of letting someone try on my ring and she said to me...'It's nice, but it's not what I would have wanted!' Can you believe the nerve??? I understand that my ring is not for everyone, but PLEASE...keep your mouth shut! Plus, this was like 2 days after I got it!

well some people think its bad luck, just a personal thing though , some people dont mind others trying it on or touching it

yeah, now I only let my sister and mom try it on...and they do EVERY time I see them. My sisters and I all trade rings and wear them around and show them off to our FHs...who roll their eyes. We love it though because the three of us have such different rings...one is princess with eternity side stones, one is emerald with bagets and one is a round solitaire!

lol... very different rings... my sister doesn't have a ring.. so she only got it wear it once.. lol.. my mom on the other hand.. asks me if she can try it on 'one more time' lol everytime i see her...

Yes...or they ask how much... mine is not the typical ring..it is actually a right hand ring...I just wanted something different and everyone asks me 'is this it, how come it is different.' It is amazing...

No one's ever asked me either one of those but I did find out that FSIL tried it on before me - I was a little put out with that one

i think its kinda rude...why should anyone really care what size it is? the ring represents so much more than how big it is or how much money FH spent on it. I just say I'm not sure but whatever it is its perfect.
