I have an apple red and pink theme for the wedding. The BM's dresses are apple but I recently started regreting not going with a soft lilac color (like the Julia Roberts dress in My Best Friends Wedding). The only thing I would have to change are the BM's dresses and their bo-k's. I got their dresses at David's, do you think I can exchange them? (We never had them adjusted or fitted). With 6 months to go, is it too late for a change?

I am not really sure, your best bet is check the recepts the girls got or call & ask.

if your BMs need to spend more money - and you are not willing to foot that part for their dress then yes I think it is to late to change the dress color.
